Speaker

Licensed in both China and New York, Adam Li is a senior partner at JunHe LLP and was the key founder of another Red Circle law firm in China.  Adam was the first-generation securities lawyer in China since China reopened its stock market post-1949.  His 31-year practice has been focused on M&A, capital markets and US-China investments.
